The Chairman’s Hospitality Tent is a place to stop by and enjoy food (including hot entrees) and beverages (including a full-service bar) near the reserved seat grandstands, the box seating, and air show center.
The tent is located in a large white tent at the West end of the Reserved Seating Grandstands and just East of the Pit Gate and has a covered area adjacent to show center.
Access to the Chairman’s Hospitality Tent requires a General Admission or Reserved Seat ticket [which must be purchased separately], plus a Chairman’s Hospitality Tent pass.
The Chairman’s Hospitality Tent is open from 10:00 a.m. each day Thursday through Sunday. A buffet lunch is served each day, and you can stop by any time to enjoy a cold drink and a snack, all with a view of the races and air show.
Chairman’s Tent tickets are available online until September 12. After September 12, tickets must be purchased at the Chairman’s Tent. Tickets are not sold in advance after September 12, only the day you wish to go. There are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES.
