RESERVED GRANDSTAND SEATING
The best ‘seat’ in the house, if we do say so ourselves. Our brand-new grandstands offer a prime elevated seat located at show center. In addition to event gate admission, every guest can select and reserve the seat of their choice to enjoy the show.
These seats DO NOT INCLUDE:
- Access to the Pits
- Event parking
Adult Reserved Grandstand tickets are for guests ages 13 and older for one day of the event. Junior Reserved Grandstand tickets are for children ages 3-12. Children 2 and under are FREE when sitting on a ticket holder’s lap.

FOUNDERS CLUB
Looking to beat the heat and cool off? Look no further than the Founder’s Club – a spacious, tented area designed for guests to enjoy some shade with picnic tables.
A Founder’s Club ticket INCLUDES:
- Event gate admission
- Premium outdoor seating along the flightline
- Access to designated tented shade areas with limited seating
- Complimentary (non-alcoholic) beverages
- Access to non-public portable restrooms
- Children ages 2 and under are FREE when accompanied by an adult Founders’ Club ticket holder

BOX SEATS
No need to bring a chair, we’ll save you a seat – junior or adult! Catch all the action from a prime position on the flightline in a private or public box! All box seat tickets are purchased individually based on the box type and include pit passes and parking,plus a private bar in the Box Seating area. Public and private boxes are different so please read details carefully before purchasing.
Private Box Seats
Private boxes are for you and your private group. Boxes are sold for the season (5 days) with a minimum requirement of 10 seats. Boxes are in Rows A & B, just off the flight line, in front of our Reserved Grandstand. Private box seat holders enjoy:
- Event gate admission
- Choice of box in advance
- Folding chairs for guests
- Two cooler passes *
- Pit Passes
- 5 Day parking pass(es) **
- Personalized sign hung on your box***
- A terrific view of the show right on the flightline near show center
*COOLERS: Bring a cooler stocked with your favorite snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Coolers will be delivered from the box parking area to your designated box upon arrival. Additional cooler passes can be purchased by Private box holders only for $100 per cooler. Additional passes must be purchased in advance on EventSprout. No alcohol or coolers over 50 QTS allowed.
**PARKING: Private box holders will receive 5-day parking passes based on tickets purchased.
- 1-3 box seat tickets = 1 parking pass
- 4-6 tickets = 2 parking passes
- 7-9 tickets = 3 parking passes
- 10-12 tickets = 4 parking passes
- 13-15 tickets = 5 parking passes.

Public Box Seats
Enjoy the comfort of a box alongside other air race fans! Each public box holds up to 15 people and all are in Row B. Tickets can be purchased per day or for the entire season (5 days). Seats are not marked or denoted.

CHECKERED FLAG CLUB
The Checkered Flag Club offers a one-of-a-kind, VIP experience. These tickets give you a private area to enjoy throughout the day, along with an exclusive grandstand seating area close to the flightline and other amenities.
Checkered Flag Club ticket INCLUDES:
- Event Admission
- All-day access to a private, spacious tented area with shade and patio
- Private Grandstand Seating area
- Parking Passes
- Continental breakfast and catered lunch
- Official merchandise for SEASON 5-day ticket purchasers
- Children 2 and under are FREE when accompanied by an adult Checkered Flag Club ticket holder
NEW SEASON Checkered Flag Club Members receive a commemorative jacket OR polo shirt.
RETURNING Checkered Flag Club Members receive a polo shirt.

GENERAL ADMISSION
Our general admission tickets are walking tickets designed to let you roam the event, bring your own chair (or blanket) and explore as you wish. Be sure to bring a hat and sunglasses as limited shade is available for GA ticket holders. These tickets DO NOT INCLUDE:
- Seats
- Access to the Pits
- Event Parking
Adult GA tickets are for guests ages 13 and older for one day of the event. Junior GA tickets are for children ages 3-12. Children ages 2 and under receive FREE GENERAL ADMISSION when accompanied by an adult ticket holder.
PLEASE NOTE: Advance tickets will be discounted significantly from regular pricing, but ticket prices will increase without notice as more tickets are sold and the show gets closer to selling out. Also, your ticket will be good only for the specific day for which it is purchased.
Reserved Grandstand Seating is the same price.
CHAIRMANS CLUB
The Chairman’s Club is the perfect ADD-ON to your admission ticket (sold separately). This upscale, tented retreat with high-end amenities is the ultimate place to enjoy delicious entrees and a full-service bar.
Chairman’s Club tickets INCLUDE:
- Spacious tented shade area
- An outstanding catered premium meal
- Complimentary beverages (full-service bar)
- Access to air-conditioned non-public portable washrooms
- Children 2 and under are FREE when accompanied by an adult Chairmans Club ticket holder
IMPORTANT: Access to the Chairman’s club DOES NOT INCLUDE admission to the event.
PLEASE NOTE: Daily Chairman’s Club tickets are only good for the specific day they are purchased. Discounted 4-day passes are available along. Advance tickets will be discounted significantly from regular pricing, but ticket prices will increase without notice as more tickets are sold and the show gets closer to selling out.
AIR RACE PARKING
Air Race Parking assures guests a space at the airport within walking distance of the Main Entry Gate. These spaces must be purchased in advance. A limited number will be available each day. Your ticket will be good only for the specific day for which it is purchased.
IMPORTANT: Buses and RVs are prohibited. Also, Air Races admission must be PURCHASED SEPARATELY, and parking passes WILL NOT be available for purchase at the gate. They must be purchased in advance.
PLEASE NOTE: Because there is a limited capacity for parking and traffic ingress/egress, once all parking passes have been sold, no additional parking will be available. Vehicles arriving without a parking pass will need to pay to park at one of several off-site lots not affiliated with the Air Races. ADA: For Handicap parking access, please purchase an Air Race Parking pass and follow the signs to the special lot when you arrive.

Limited Quantity – Limited Time Discount
RV PARKING
Traveling to the Air Races can be a fun adventure unto itself. If you’re making your way to the event in an RV, we are excited to be able to offer a limited number of RV Parking Spaces for purchase.
Each space will be 20’ x 50’ (slightly larger than those at Reno Stead.) You may arrive as early as Monday, September 8th, and stay as late as Monday, September 15.
PLEASE NOTE: The reserved spaces will be dry (no water or power hookups), but water trucks and sanitary dump trucks will be available for a fee. Also, dogs are allowed in the RV lot, but must be kept on a leash. And they are not allowed inside the venue.
