    • Hello, RV parking is available in the West RV or Optimist Lot. Camping at our site is dry – there are no water or power hookups. Water trucks and sanitary dump trucks do come through on a daily basis. You may come as early as the Saturday before, and stay through the Monday after the race. Please contact our office, 775-972-6663 for more information. Thank you.

        • The cost for the West lot RV will be $285 for a small space (approximately 18’ x 45’) and $396.00 for a large space (approximately 18’ x 50′). There are no daily rates. In addition to the RV you must purchase Season Tickets and Season Pit Pass, as you will be entering through the Pit gates.

The cost for the Optimist Lot will be $198.00 for small space and $226.00 for large space. Those prices will go up after August 14th.

  4. What are charges for reserved seating? Is there a cap on how many pit passes are sold. We’d like pit passes and reserved seating, but do not want to buy pit passes until we have purchased the seating.
Please let me know when seats go on sale.
    Thank you.

  5. My wife and I are travelling over from Australia and will be staying at the Peppermill Casino and Resort. Are you able to advise me what transport will be available, if any, between the hotel and the Race venue.

    • Peppermill is one of our local resort partners and does provide shuttle service to the Races.

Shuttle tickets may be purchased at the pick up/drop off locations and at Stead Field. Shuttle service begins at 7am and runs approximately every 15 minutes.

The Peppermill Hotel Casino’s pickup location is the Motor Coach Boarding area. However, you are best to check directly with the Peppermill for an exact schedule and their pickup location.

  7. What type of ticket does my child need if he is only 4 years old. I bought him a Junior Reserved seat last year, just because I could not figure it out. Thank you!

    • Children 5 years old and under do not have to have a General Admission ticket. Because of the limited seat space in the reserved grandstands, however, all children over two years of age must have their own ticket. There are Juniors discounts available in the reserved grandstands. Box seating has more seating space so a lap child of 2 years or younger will not be required to have a ticket.

    • Hello. To purchase a pit pass, you can visit our ticket site: https://tix.extremetix.com/webtix/2625. You will also need to purchase a general admission ticket. There is no shaded grandstand or box seating from which you can watch the races. The best relief from the sun is a good hat, lots of sun block, and plenty of water. The vendor areas have a few shaded tents to provide brief breaks from the sun and enjoy lunch. We provide a list of local hotels on our website here: http://airrace.org/event/racing-information/where-to-stay/ We look forward to seeing you in September!
